074. Untitled, For Now

Titling work can be stressful. For some, the title of a piece is just an add-on that doesn’t affect the process of making the work very much. For others, it’s hard to even finish a piece before it has a title. Whatever the case may be, titles are no small matter, even though many of us may not have taken any real time to think about what they are for and how to think understand the importance of a title.

This week Ryan and Garreth sit down to talk about why names matter and how you may be thinking about them incorrectly. And who knows, maybe they even have a few solid ways for you to begin to think about titles and how they relate to the work itself.
