083: Rethink: Rest and Replenishment

After a short hiatus, we are back! And this week’s conversation is entirely fitting to bring up after a break. We all have busy seasons in life: some are for work or school or because we just let things pile up all around us. Whatever the reason is, we need a break some time and we aren’t always the best at resting, even if it is something that we have tried to do over and over again.

This week Ryan and Garreth sit down to talk about rest–real rest–the kind that motivates you to new work and frees you up to be productive in the studio and in life. Rest is often an activity we assume we know how to do, but if that were the case, why are we always so tired, so stressed, so anxious?
