084. Summertime, and the Living is Easy

Summertime has a lot of connotations. We all think of beaches, long weekends, cookouts and being just a bit more carefree. And you likely have a few songs that get you in the mood for ducking out of work early. Music has a lot of power, and it may not be that different from other types of art.

This week Ryan and Garreth sit down to talk about music and its ability to throw us back into particular places, people and things. There’s a lot about music to enjoy and to understand, and there’s even a small chance that they slip back into talking about old school hip hop again.
