032. Teacher, I have a question

We all got urged to start pursuing art and design from someone earlier in our lives, and for many of us, it was a teacher that poked and prodded us along. Some teachers encouraged or patted us on the back with congratulations, while others pushed us to do better and held us accountable when we slacked off and did less than we were capable.

But the best teachers did both.

In this episode of 30 Below, Ryan and Garreth reflect on those teachers in their lives that stood out. They also discuss why it is important for artists and designers of all levels to pursue teachers, mentors and learning opportunities in order to improve, raise our abilities and continue as lifelong makers.

We are now weekly!
